Well not technically I haven't but 27 pounds of me has! I am celebrating hitting my first goal of 275 pounds. Check out those tickers! It's been a very slow process but I am not killing myself and I am continuing to run. I am getting there one ounce at a time. We also started riding bikes again. Thank God for nice weather! My knees hurt after the biking but it usually goes away in a couple days.
I have also signed up for my next 5k on Mother's Day morning. I couldn't think of a better way to start my day. I've been told that I have inspired some people to get moving again. That's encouraging and also tells me people are watching so I don't want to let them down. There is definitely strength in numbers. Surround yourself with people who are making healthy decisions and encourage those who aren't.
